– Unworn, undamaged items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.
– Gold-plated jewelry requires gentle handling—returns showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

2. We’ll provide a return address and instructions.
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or store credit within 3-5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, earrings (for pierced ears) and customized pieces cannot be returned unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your jewelry arrives flawed, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll gladly replace or refund it.

Final Sale Items
Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable.
